The AFRWC Board has announced an Emergency Response Planning Workshop will be held in Calgary on February 9, 2023. We see this as an excellent opportunity for members to interact with each other while developing a tool that will be available to all AFRWC members.
We hope to present a finalized template at our next AGM and to keep the ERP template on the AFRWC website for all to use.
At the workshop, we will be discussing the 4 pillars of a strong Emergency Response Plan:
- Purpose and Need for the ERP
- Organization and Roles
- Communications and Record Keeping
- Specific Response Plans for Possible Situations
If you are interested, please mark your calendar for February 9, 2023. The venue will be in Calgary and we are planning to start at 10 am and go until about 3 pm. Lunch will be provided.
